THIS COURSE IS BEING TAUGHT IN-PERSON, IN WILMINGTON, NORTH CAROLINA

TAKE A FUN, IN-PERSON MUSIC PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT SERIES AFTER SCHOOL TO LEARN TO TEACH THROUGH THE POWER OF SONG!

 Learn to play simple ukulele

 Strum, sing, and lead songs for learning

 Compose your own content-specific lyrics 

 Inspire and motivate students to collaborate

 Harness the power of memorization through singing

 SEL and Literacy skills will improve through specialized songs

 Total beginners and shower singers are welcome

 Every teacher gets a free ukulele!

Note: If you already play ukulele in standard tuning, this course can be immensely helpful in learning to teach the instrument to children. You’ll learn a developmental approach to successful instruction, even with children in early childhood education.

All classes in this series will be taught in person.
